We believe in a profitable, human-to-human coaching business by combining AI, research-based knowledge, and coaching expertise into one coaching tool that transforms the wellbeing of both coaches and their clients.
We are Blokki. A Finnish AI-powered wellness software company developed at the University of Jyväskylä. The company's roots go back to 2021, but we began developing our business in its current form in 2023.
Blokki's mission is to help coaches save time and scale their business using AI. We believe in coaching where AI does not replace the coach, but acts as the coach's team companion. AI, automation, and our research-based adaptation algorithm make it possible to coach even a large client base individually without unnecessary background work. Time is freed up for what matters: genuine encounters, motivation, sales, and marketing.
We believe that a well-functioning coaching company means more than growing revenue – it means the opportunity to take vacation without constant worry, spend time with loved ones, and do work you can genuinely enjoy year after year.
